  Please register today for the final full sessions being offered this year.

Don’t forget to recruit someone new to the program and receive $15.00 off for each new participant you bring with you. During this session we are also offering a bonus class for anyone registering by 11/01/08. If you register for a class offered 2 days per week we will be conducting a FREE class each Wednesday morning for you. It will be a “runner’s workout class which will include the fundamentals of speed work, tempo runs, and Marine Corp Indian runs or also known as Fartlek's (which incorporate a variety of exercises while performing a training run). This class will only be offered at the downtown Greenville location (Carolina Tri.) on Wednesday mornings at 5:15 to 6:20am.

FREE Friday Morning Group Runs
  FREE TO THE COMMUNITY

We would like anyone in the community to join us on Friday mornings at 5:30 am at one of the following locations:

1. USC Upstate @ the armory
2. Oakview Elementary school @ rear of school
3. Beautiful Downtown Greenville @ Carolina Tri

for our Friday morning Motivational Group Runs which have distances of 2, 3, 4, and 5 mile pace groups. All speeds are welcome (including walkers) and we ensure no one is left behind. Go ahead and get your run in on Friday so you can enjoy Saturday with your family and friends

These have been a huge help to those joining us in preparation for upcoming events while they are learning to push a little faster and further by training with this great group of people. Please come out and get that extra Motivation you deserve!
 
Ongoing Interview's with Jack Roper & Kimberley Kelly on Channel 7
  What an awesome couple of interviews with Jack & Kimberley; they are both awesome. It is an incredible experience to be part of Scott Glenn's tremendous progress since he joined the program in January.

Tune in later this Fall to see how Scott Glenn continues to improve and train for his first full marathon. Since joining MAX in January of 08, Scott has already lost 14+% body Fat and 45+lbs. Scott has not only done extremely well in the program but inspired his wife to join the program and she will be running the Full marathon with him this Fall.

Competition is an awesome thing. I understand that having been a US Marine and completing 5 marathons. So, when your competition begins to copy your program, you know you could not receive better news. It does not surprise me to see my competitors trying hard to copy MaxMotivation. Well, keep trying because it proves that we are delivering a great product and our success has been tremendous to say the least.

The difference between MaxMotivation and all the other "Boot Camps" is that it is lead up by a former US Marine who has probably suffered more in his first 30 years of life than others will in an entire lifetime.

Our goal is more than fitness! We help strengthen the mind as well the body and that type of training only comes from the US Marines.

You can only receive these techniques through MaxMotivation programs. If you want to be more than physically fit, then come out and learn how to become mentally tough as well.

Thank you for visiting the MaxMotivation home page. The owner Derrick Singleton is a former U. S. Marine and holds B.S. in Exercise Science, a M.A. in Education, & is a N.S.C.A. member. Most recently Derrick served as the Spinx Run Fest Coordinator & is a certified A.H.A. / A.R.C. C.P.R. & First Aid Instructor. Possessing over twenty-three years experience in the fitness & recreation field, he first developed his bootcamp program for college staff at a camp. Then using a similar model he worked with high-risk adolescents. He has tailored the program to encourage, motivate, and guide thousand's of participants to great success through the unique programs offerd by MaxMotivation (Click on Success of Participants & Testimonals).


MaxMotivation develops programs that enable participants to lose weight through exercise & healthy eating habits while equipping participants with the life-skills they need to achieve optimal success. Statistics show that individuals who exercise regularly, eat properly and are mentally focused are more productive in the workplace & better able to handle the stresses of life. MaxMotivation provides students with tools to approach each day with a positive mental attitude to overcome the unexpected obstacles we all encounter!
