We encourage group runs to avoid the chance of becoming a victim of a crime when running alone. Safety for all of our participants is a serious priority! Friday morning Motivational Group Runs have distances of 2, 3, 4 and 5 mile pace groups. All speeds are welcome (including walkers), and we ensure no one is left behind. These motivational runs have been a huge help to those joining us in preparation for upcoming events while they are learning to push a little faster and further by training with this great group of people. Please come out and get that extra Motivation you deserve!
